Your arrival
Registration and Orientation
The administrative registration will take place before your arrival, all necesary documents will have to be uploaded using a personalized link that will be provided soon after the reception of your letter of admission.
The documents you will need are:
- An ID picture
- A filled registration form
- Insurance: The EU students must bring the European health insurance card that will cover them during their full stay at Sciences Po Lille.
Exchange students (including Turkish students) will have to prove that they are covered during their full stay in France. Thus, students will have to submit a certificate proving that their international insurance is valid in France - Identity Card or passport (with VISA for students outside European Union).
- Birth certificate (languages accepted: French, English, Spanish, German and Italian; preferably in French for non EU students).
After your file is processed, you will receive your Sciences Po Lille credentials. You will also be able to register to classes before you arrive. A more detailed timeframe can be consulted here.
The first days of your semester will be dedicated to an introductive seminar during which students will have an intensive class of methodology as well as intensive French language courses.
During the first days of your semester, the students from the Bureau des Internationaux (association in charge of integrating the international exchange students) will organize lots of events, like lunches, visits, parties, games and so on. You will meet your other classmates and will start to live your own international experience.

Courses
International students have access to a huge variety of courses during their stay at Sciences Po Lille.
Although most of them are taught in French, Sciences Po Lille offers a wide range of courses taught in English. Other courses are also taught in Spanish and German.
These courses are opened to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and cover several fields of specialization at Sciences Po Lille.
